I would love to see support for YOURLS url shortening. I use it for http://vla.bz for my business and it is pretty widely used. Tweetie on iPhone supports it via their custom box.

Inappropriate?This would be the next best thing to add to cotweet. I went to the shorteners settings and was completely expecting to find this ability and was quite concerned when it was missing.
