Dispute a purchase due to game glitch; resolve past problems reported

Due to a glitch I bought 3 gold unicorns, instead of 2! I already had one and wanted to purchase another for breeding, but when I pressed I buy nothing happened, I waited and waited then stopped it and restarted the animal post and it still showed I owned 1 gold unicorn. So I pressed buy once and it immediately added 2 more gold unicorns to my account and charged me 20 wildlife coins instead of 10 and 1 added animal. I have so many problems with this app. You still owe me sunny island for my island 9 which I also paid for twice due to the same glitch ($20 million instead of $10 million) A dev e-mailed me and said that it was showing that I had sunny island as island 9 and did I look in storage, I had of course and told her so, but nothing, it's been months and no Sunny Island. You also
owe me 1 frigate bird, 2 Ravens, 2 Boxing Kangaroos.

I reported it immediately to Paypal and they verified I had indeed paid for those specific animals and she called your office, but no one answered so she left a detailed message while I was on hold, I then received (many weeks later) an e-mail from a dev wanting all the specifics of these transactions even though Paypal and I had supplied them previously... I supplied them once again, I'm still waiting for my 5 animals.

I have MS and Cancer, its VERY hard for me to type, yet I have reported these credit issues in detail many, many times and it hurts physically. PLEASE, I am BEGGING YOU! on my knees, begging you! Please send my 5 animals I validly purchased over two months ago, my sunny island I purchased over a month and a half, and now return my 10 wildlife coins and take back 1 (one) golden unicorn; otherwise I will dispute every animal I have purchased in the past 3 months (every .99 cent animal and $1.99 animal over 20 animals or more and quit the game) with Paypal, who is quite aware of this situation and how long you are taking to correct any of these issues. You also owe me over $10.00 in overcharges when purchasing those 5 animals previously (it's all in the e-mails I have sent previously) I just purchased the golden unicorn today and since it was with wildlife points you should be able to clear it up asap. Please help me and correct these problems!
