I have a professional online presence including a Facebook fan page for my company, and I represent myself on my individual Facebook page somewhat professionally as well, as I see private clients outside of the company I own. My Facebook account was hacked. Facebook disabled my account and I've been waiting for four days to hear from their staff. Clearly four days is nothing compared to what others have dealt with, but customers are contacting me asking if it's safe to purchase from me online, my professional reputation has been affected, and I am losing business. Facebook can't bother to respond, and I'm outraged.
