No. Microsoft has locked down the file transfer protocol (MTP) on the Zune, and requires an authentication handshake to read/write to the Zune. And because Microsoft also make an OS, they're not going to make Zune software for any other OS. And no one has stepped up to figure out the handshake, like what happened with the iPod. So, no Zune support.
Unless you want to run Windows in Boot Camp or VMWare Fusion!

The iPod syncs with Linux because there was a large demand, and the open-source community stepped up to reverse-engineer the databases and protocols on the iPods. The demand for Zune support is, unfortunately, nowhere as great. Therefore, no Zune support. – soren121, on January 21, 2010 04:01
