A better Firefox extension
Its a little bit of a hassle to go to TrackThePack every time. Sometimes I wish there was just an extension that lets me see the status of my packages in the Firefox status bar. Maybe It would just be a mouse over interface to let me see basic details about my packages (Where they are, expected delivery date, if it was delayed)

Inappropriate?Hi Skyfallkavu. Thanks for the suggestion.
I'm curious what the "hassle" is to go to the website. The main purpose of TTP is to help centralize all your package tracking in to one place so you don't have to go to multiple places, so the suggestion you have would mean that we either A) need to build the entire TTP interface into a Firefox extension where you can add, manage, and track packages, or B) people would actually have to go to two places to deal with packages (the site for managing the numbers and Firefox to see some status updates).
I'm afraid neither of those really seem like great options.
I think what you're basically wanting can already be accomplished via your personal TTP RSS feed...which Firefox can read. It updates with the status of your package with each step of progress the package makes.
So is there an aspect of the RSS feed that doesn't really do what you need? Or is there something about the website that makes it a "hassle" to visit for a second? -
Inappropriate?Well the more I think of it, the more your right. It isn't exactly necessary. Im just used to getting "balloon" popups from my gmail account with the help of an extension. Ill take a look at the RSS feeds though, its just rather annoying that they don't auto update, and I have to always select "Reload Live Bookmark". Thanks for replying.
I’m thankful
