Wouldn't arrival scans for UPS be the correct way to determine the route taken?

Inappropriate?This is a core issue with the way UPS (and other carriers) provide data to us.
We're aware of the issue, but it will require quite a bit of reworking as we have to move things around based on the language of the status given to us instead of the actual status update sent to us by the carrier.
So, do know that a solution is in the works but it's a bit more complex and thus will take a little while to fix.
