Not updating ANY packages.
My account has not updated in 2 days. I have 4 packages being tracked now, both from USPS and UPS. The USPS and UPS sites both show recent information, but TTP has not changed since 11/17. One package has even been delivered, yet TTP just says "left sort facility" on 11/17.
Refreshing or changing to a different browser does not help; this has been verified on 2 machines at 2 different locations.

However, this is interesting - right as you replied to me here, I updated my account by adding a new package.
Once I added this last package, all the others updated.
I had been trying all day to get the others to update, here at work and at home -- and only adding this new UPS package caused the others to update (two of which jumped suddenly to "delivered", which was correct.) -
Inappropriate?Weird. For some reason the process that runs to update UPS and USPS is skipping some numbers. Looking in to it now.
