Ontrac Tracking Information Not Found
When I first add an Ontrac package, I am able to see the tracking information without a problem. However, when I check back later, I sometimes get the message "Package information not found." This message persists, even if there are updates available from the Ontrac website. However, if I delete and re-add the package, I am able to view the tracking information again (for awhile at least).
I’m frustrated.

Inappropriate?OnTrac has, unfortunately, been the thorn in our side. They've been hard to work with and the information we get from them is inconsistent at best.
We're actively working on a better solution to this problem.
